Donna Nook is an atmospherically desolate place on the Lincolnshire coast.
For the last few years, it has supported a seal colony.
Five hundred pups were born this winter.

The pups stay with their mothers until their cuteness variable has dropped by approximately 50 pc. After that, they're on their own.
